The PFM Software costs £395 for a fully multi-user system for secondary schools,  £195 for primary schools

 

PFM Academy (incorporating additional VAT module & academy reports) costs £425 for secondary schools, £295 for primary

 

The annual licence is £144 per year for secondary schools, £96 for primary schools The licence gives access to ALL upgrades and developments, as well as unlimited support to agreed deadlines- telephone, email and remote in as specified in the SLA. 

 

An optional half-day onsite setup and training session is available for £495.  However, online setup and training is included FOC with purchase.
