September is often one of the busiest times of the year for school finance and administration teams, with new starters, reporting requirements, unresolved issues and year-end tasks all arriving at once.

Many schools find that using a little time during the quieter summer holiday period can make a significant difference to how smoothly September begins.

 

To help with this, we are offering a limited number of summer Private Funds Manager support sessions. We can help with:

✅ Move from "by individual" to "by lump sum" processing

✅ Carry out a PFM health check

✅ Identify and resolve problems before September pressures begin

 

We are offering two support options over the summer break:

Half-Day Consultancy Sessions – £495
Tailored onsite support for schools requiring an in-depth review, troubleshooting, year end closedown or consultancy.

 

Remote Support Sessions – £99 for 1 hour; £195 for 2 hours
Focused Teams-based sessions ideal for resolving specific issues, refresher guidance, year end or preparing for September without the need to travel into school.

 

Availability during the summer holiday period is limited to 8 sessions.
