Even if your accounts are centralised (academies and schools with a single bank account)  PFM provides valuable functions for managing your trips. 

 

Set up trip accounts and generate lists of who is going on which trip. Lists include medical details, parents name and phone numbers (synchronised daily from Sims).  Record payments made for trips through cash, cheques or direct debit or important automatically from online banking / online payment systems.
