This facilitates the production of bulk invoices to pupils in school and/or individual invoices to pupils or outside entities.
Create
Items for Invoicing - enter up to 5 different pricing bands
Allocate pupils/others to product to invoice at one of the price rates
Choose which items to create invoices for
Print onto pre-printed school invoice stationary (template provided)
Produce reports of invoices raised by category, product, date, customer etc
Produce debtor reports and letters for non-payers
