The Private Fund Manager has 7 main sections:

Accounts Maintenance is used to set up new accounts such as trips, uniform etc

Transaction Entry records monies in and out, transfers etc., and provides an area for bank reconciliation

Invoicing generates invoices for students (eg music lessons, coach travel) or others.

Screen Enquiries provides a wide range of reports

Statutory Reports produces CFR, Charity Commission & Gift AId reports

Period End includes Archiving, Deleting and Year End

Setup enables students to be imported into the system from SIMS.net or other systems.
