Target Setting

Targets - Personal, Weight/Nutrition and Exercise can be set up for each specific client.

Personal targets might include -

Get Fitter - by 31/10/05    and  Lose 2stone  -  by 30/8/05     -  or anything at all that is important to the client.

Weight/Nutrition targets allow you to specify a target weight and activity level, and from this calculate a daily food intake target that will achieve weight goals. Different eating regimes can be selected from in this area, including calorie counting, fat counting, fibre counting, carb counting, Zone or GI.

Exercise targets enable you to select activity and exercise goals for the week. Different items can be selected for different days, selecting from a range of Cardio and Strength exercises, or complete ready made programs.

Once targets are established, a complete Targets Report can be printed.
