Photos & Videos

If you would like us to change the photo's in Fit File so that they are photo's of you instead of our model, then we need the following.

1. Photo's for each of the exercises listed here in digital format - either emailed or sent on CD. If you or a friend has 
    a digital camera then simply take a series of photos, and then ask a photo shop to drop them onto CD.
2. Photo's for any additional exercises you would like to add.

We make a charge of £25 for this service. Please send CD with cheque and covering letter to Fit File, 3 St Ursula's Close, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 3FY.
