  • Personal Fitness Report – summarising your current position in terms of weight, BMI, Blood pressure, fitness etc.

  • Personal Targets Report – personal, weight and exercise targets which includes exercise program information and recording charts.

  • Nutritional Analysis – full analysis of your diet and eating habits and recommendations for improvements

 There are also many graphs showing :

  • Ongoing weight graph

  • Body fat graph

  • Food, exercise and overall analysis

  • Improving health & fitness graphs– eg improving blood pressure figures or body measurements

  • Exercise records – eg improvement in speed to run 5km.
