Meal Plans - Fit File helps you plan what to eat.
 

Fit File has hundreds of built in Meal Plans to follow, that are categorised into Counting Calories, Counting Net Carbs, Counting Fat Unit, The Zone, GI Diet and Counting Fibre.

Meal plans include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner plus snacks and allowances for drinks etc.

You simply select your main choice such as calories, and the appropriate level you should be aiming for is automatically shown based on your weight management targets. So if you are Counting Calories and should be eating 1800 calories a day to achieve weight loss, then all meal plans providing 1800 a day or less will be displayed..

From this list, you can then select any special preferences you have such as Vegetarian, Eating Out, Chocolate addict.

A series of meal plans will then be displayed for you to choose from. These can be printed for a day or week.

You can also add your own meal plans quickly and easily.
