Setting up Weight Targets

 

 

Weight targets refer to any reduction or increase in weight that this person wants to achieve, and how they intend to achieve this.

 

Go to the main button across the top of the screen marked TARGETS. Down the left of the screen choose the button marked WEIGHT TARGETS. 

 

It should know your current and target weights, from the information added in the SETUP area, but if this has not been enter, please enter it now. 

 

Select the activity level from the third box, indicating if you are daily very active, moderately active etc. If you are not sure, click on the ? box for further information.

 

Now select the type of weight management program you wish to follow - if you are unsure or do not care stick with Counting Calories. Clicking on the ? button by each Weight Management Option gives further information about what that program entails. Whichever program you select, your suggested daily intake level will show in the box bottom left. This is based on your weight and activity level.
