Once renamed, use a photo editing program to ensure that any portrait photos are about 120x150 pixels in size, and landscape photos 180 x 120 in size. (If you aren’t sure how to do this, Fit File can assist on a chargeable basis)
Once named correctly, please COPY the pictures to the Fit File folder (usually C:\Program Files\Blue) and OVERWRITE the existing photos.
Go back into FitFile and check your photo’s are there by –
1. Find the exercise on the list
2. Click on the button EDIT EXERCISE
3. Click on CHECK PICTURE and make sure it more or less fits within the lines. If it does not, use a photo editing package to reduce the size as detailed aboce.
4. Click on CLOSE.
To add your own exercises that don’t appear on list –
1. Go to Cardio or Strength/Other or Programs as required. Click on the button ADD EXERCISE.
2. Enter a title, description and calories per hour.
3. If you have a video clip of the exercise enter its name in AVI name, and if you have a photo, enter it here. Check both to make sure they have been accessed correctly.
You can use any names you require here, but make sure photo names have the L or P to indicate landscape or portrait orientation.
4. Enter other information and SAVE.
