Charity Commission Reports

To set up go to STATUTORY REPORTS – Charity Commission

Set up Funds Allocation

1.      Select the Charity Report fund type from the right of screen

2.      Select all Short Code Accounts from the list on the left that should report to this line and click on Select

3.      Change the fund type on the right and select short codes that relate to that line, and click on Select

4.      Repeat until all short codes are allocated to one or other line.

Income Reference

1.      Select the type of income from the right of screen eg A1a Voluntary Income

2.      Select all Short Code Accounts from the list on the left that should report to this line and click on Select

3.      Change the income type on the right and select short codes that relate to that line, and click on Select

4.      Repeat until all short codes are allocated to one or other line.

Expenditure Reference 

1.      Select the type of expenditure from the right of screen eg B1a Cost of generating voluntary Income

2.      Select all Short Code Accounts from the list on the left that should report to this line and click on Select

3.      Change the income type on the right and select short codes that relate to that line, and click on Select

4.      Repeat until all short codes are allocated to one or other line.
