If you have just one or two joiners during the year, add them manually.

Go to the SETUP tab and type their name in column one, in the format SURNAME(capitals) space Firstname(lowercase) 

In column 2 enter their Registration Group (eg 7B) and then scroll across and enter their SIMS Admission number in the appropriate column. 

Click on the SAVE TO DATABASE button.
