All printouts from Private Funds Manager will be printed on the Default Windows Printer as set up the specific PC you are running the program from. All functions are performance are controlled by Windows – Private Funds Manager has no control over the printing at all.

To select a different printer

Go to Screen Enquiries and Report and select Printer Setup from the bottom of the screen. Select printer from list.

Reports not printing

If your reports are not printing, first check that the printer has power and is turned on and check that the connection cables are properly attached. Ensure there is paper loaded in the printer.

If it still does not print, then check that another program eg Word does print.

If other programs do print, are then it is likely that the information is being sent to the wrong printer. Go to Screen Enquiries and Report and select Printer Setup from the bottom of the screen. Select printer from list.
