Using the Opening Balance Corrector

 

 

 

This program can be used if your reconciled bank statement figure differs from your paper statement, because the original opening balance entered the very first time you reconciled was incorrect.

 

Run the program and the following screen appears:

 

 

 

Text Box: 5. Change opening balance here to obtain correct statement closing balance here.

 Amend Opening Balance figure appropriately, then click on the SAVE button at the bottom.

Text Box: 3. Click button

 

Text Box: 2. Select the file called PFM5.MDB here

 

Text Box: 1. Select the folder containing the Private Funds Manager here
